Refund Policy

1. Nature of Service

Earn With Rupali offers a digital subscription service that provides immediate access upon payment to the following:

  • A curated live job board (updated daily)
  • Fortnightly live community calls hosted by Rupali
  • The AI Tools Vault (digital resources and guides)

Because access to these services — including live sessions — is granted immediately upon successful payment, the service is considered consumed from the moment access is provided.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made for Premium subscription access are non-refundable.

This applies because:

  • Access to the dashboard and all its features is granted instantly upon payment.
  • Live community calls are scheduled events that cannot be "returned" once scheduled or attended.
  • Digital content (job listings, guides, resources) is accessible immediately after payment.

3. No Automatic Renewal

This is not an auto-renewing subscription. Your Premium access lasts for 30 days from the date of payment. After 30 days, access expires and no amount is automatically charged. You choose to renew manually if you wish to continue.

4. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • You were charged more than once for the same subscription period (duplicate payment).
  • A technical error on our side prevented you from accessing the dashboard after a successful payment.

In either case, please contact me within 7 days of the payment date with your payment confirmation (Razorpay payment ID) at rupalijindalpu@gmail.com and I will review your case personally.

5. Shipping Policy

No physical goods are sold on this Site. All products and services are digital in nature. There is no shipping applicable.

6. Cancellation

Since there is no auto-renewal, there is nothing to cancel. Your access simply expires at the end of the 30-day period. You are free to not renew at any time.
